Welcome to Inner Garden. These terms explain how buying and using my digital products works. By purchasing, you agree to them – so here they are, kept as clear and kind as I can make them.
About Inner Garden Inner Garden is a small creative business run by Anni, based in Estonia. You can reach me at hello@innergarden.studio.
What you're buying All products at Inner Garden are digital goods – downloadable templates, guides, and files designed for use in Canva and similar tools. Nothing is physically shipped. After purchase, you receive a welcome guide with your personal template links and instructions, so you can begin the same day.
Delivery Your files and template links are delivered digitally, by email and/or on the confirmation page, immediately or shortly after purchase. If anything doesn't arrive, write to me at hello@innergarden.studio and I'll make it right.
Refunds – please read before buying Because these are digital products delivered immediately, they cannot be returned once you have received the download or template link. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun – and by purchasing, you understand and agree to this.
That said, I want you to be happy. If something is wrong – a broken link, a file that won't open, a genuine problem – contact me and I will fix it or find a fair solution. I run this business with care, and I'd always rather help than leave you stuck.
How you may use the templates When you buy a template, you receive a single-user personal licence. This means:
✓ You may use the template to create your own personal lifebook or herbarium
✓ You may print your finished book for personal use
✓ You may edit and personalise it freely for your own creation
✗ You may not share, distribute, forward, or pass the template on to others
✗ You may not resell the template, or use it to make products for resale
✗ You may not claim the design as your own
The design, layout, and all elements of these templates remain the intellectual property of Inner Garden. Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use them – not ownership of the design itself.
A note on Canva Pro Many templates use Canva Pro elements and require an active Canva Pro subscription while you create. Canva offers a free trial, and the subscription is separate from your purchase here – it is paid to Canva, not to Inner Garden.
What the templates are (and aren't) Inner Garden products are creative and reflective tools, made with love. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. They are simply beautiful spaces to gather your life, your dreams, and your story.
Changes to these terms If these terms change, the updated version will always live here, with a fresh date at the top.
