Privacy Policy

At Inner Garden, your trust matters to me. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and how it is kept safe. I keep things as simple and minimal as I can – I only ever ask for what is needed to send you what you've asked for.

‍ ‍

Who I am Inner Garden is a small creative business run by Anni, based in Estonia. If you have any questions about your privacy or your data, you can reach me at hello@innergarden.studio.

‍ ‍

What I collect Depending on how you use the site, I may collect:

‍ ‍

  • Your name and email address (when you buy a product, sign up for the newsletter, or contact me)

  • Order details (which product you purchased)

  • Basic technical information your browser shares automatically (such as general location and device type), used only to keep the site working well

‍ ‍

I do not see or store your full card details. All payments are handled securely by my payment providers (see below).

‍ ‍

Why I collect it

‍ ‍

  • To deliver the products you buy and send your welcome guide and template links

  • To send you the free gift and newsletter, if you've signed up

  • To answer your messages

  • To keep the website running and improve it gently over time

‍ ‍

The legal basis (GDPR) I process your data on these grounds: to fulfil an order you've made (contract), because you've given consent (newsletter, free gift), and for the legitimate interest of running and protecting a small business.

‍ ‍

Who handles your data alongside me To run Inner Garden, I rely on a few trusted services that process some data on my behalf:

  • Stripe / PayPal – process payments securely

  • Squarespace – hosts the website and shop, stores newsletter signups, and gives you access to the free gift

Each of these has its own privacy practices and handles your data securely under their own policies.

‍ ‍

How long I keep it I keep your information only as long as needed – to complete your order, to send you what you've signed up for, and to meet any legal or accounting requirements. You can ask me to remove your details at any time.

‍ ‍

Newsletter If you join the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any moment using the link at the bottom of every email. No hard feelings, ever.

‍ ‍

Your rights Under EU law (GDPR), you have the right to:

‍ ‍

  • Ask what data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete it

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

  • Ask me to stop using it for certain purposes

Where your data goes Squarespace and Stripe are based outside the EU, so some data is transferred to the United States. They handle these transfers under approved safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

If something is wrong If you feel I've mishandled your data, you're welcome to write to me first — and you also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee.‍ ‍

To exercise any of these, simply write to hello@innergarden.studio and I'll take care of it.

Cookies This website uses a small number of cookies to function and to understand, in a general way, how the site is used. You can manage these through the cookie banner when you arrive, or in your browser settings.
